Manna Real Estate Pty Ltd trading as Manna Property Management respects your privacy and handles personal information responsibly. Where applicable, we follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This policy applies to information collected through this website, by phone or email, and during early enquiries about our services. Additional notices or contractual terms may apply if you become a client, tenant, contractor or supplier.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you deal with us, this may include your name, phone number, email address, investment property address, enquiry type, notes you submit, and information about your property or current management situation. If a referral is made, this may also include the referrer's name and the referral link or source used.
Our website or hosting providers may also record limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address and website activity for security, reliability and performance purposes.
Please do not send bank details, identity documents, signatures, tenant records or other highly sensitive material through our general website enquiry form.
How we collect information
We usually collect information directly from you when you submit a website form, referral form, call, email, ask for an appraisal, request an agreement review or otherwise communicate with Manna. We may receive information from another person who confirms they have permission to make an introduction, or from lawful public and professional sources where reasonably necessary.
Why we use your information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and requested follow-up;
- prepare appraisals, proposals or service information;
- understand a property or management situation;
- manage referrals and offers where relevant;
- keep appropriate business and communication records;
- protect our website, users and business from misuse; and
- meet legal, regulatory and professional obligations.
Website form delivery
Our landlord, rental and referral forms send the information you enter to the Manna website. We use Resend as our transactional email provider to deliver secure form notifications to hello@mannapm.com.au. Resend processes this information on Manna's behalf, and its systems or service providers may process information outside Australia.
You can review the provider's privacy information . If you prefer not to use the website form, contact us directly by phone or email.
Website enquiries, referrals and Investor Concierge review requests are stored in Manna's protected lead database so authorised administrators can review and follow them up even if an email notification is delayed. The dashboard is sign-in protected and access is restricted to approved Manna accounts.
Address fields may use Google Maps Platform or a WA address lookup service to suggest Perth metro addresses while you type. Only the address text needed to return suggestions is sent to the selected lookup provider. You can still enter an address manually if suggestions are unavailable.
Investor Concierge and assisted reports
If you use Manna Investor Concierge, we use the property, priorities, contact information and any listing link you provide to prepare an initial investor snapshot and a personally reviewed rental-readiness report. Authorised Manna staff may check lawful public sources and licensed property-data services to research rental evidence relevant to the requested review.
Technology may help structure the intake and draft report, but a Manna owner reviews the evidence, rental range and recommendations before any personalised report is approved and sent. The service is general property-management information, not financial, valuation, legal or investment advice.
When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to technology, hosting, email, professional or property-service providers where reasonably required to respond or deliver our services; to regulators or authorities where required by law; or with your consent. We take reasonable steps to limit disclosure to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access or disclosure. No online transmission is completely risk-free. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, our records and legal obligations, then securely delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
Marketing choices
Submitting an enquiry allows us to respond to that enquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you to ongoing marketing. If we send marketing communications with your consent, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Service-related and legally required communications may still be sent where relevant.
Access, correction and complaints
To request access to or correction of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern, email hello@mannapm.com.au or call (08) 6187 8738. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within a reasonable time. If a concern remains unresolved and privacy legislation applies, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
