We consider your property's location, layout, condition, presentation and relevant rental evidence. We discuss an indicative rent range, preparation priorities and next steps for leasing. An appraisal is an assessment, not a guaranteed rent or leasing date.
05What are your property management fees?+
Ask for a tailored proposal and full fee schedule covering management, leasing, inspections and any additional services. We explain the total service before appointment. Manna does not add a maintenance mark-up to contractor invoices.
